After years of experience managing their own short-term rental properties, partners Axel Hegouet and Juliana Meirelles founded Beehost in 2021, focusing on managing third-party properties that aim to profit from short-term rentals. We handle all aspects of this business: photography, listing, customer service, cleaning, linens, pricing, check-in and check-out.

With the consolidation of this segment, in 2025, the company expanded its activities to include buying and selling and conventional rental management. This way, its clients can receive comprehensive service, enabling them to navigate and meet their individual needs within the real estate market.
